Well I obviously made it home safely after driving Sean's car back from Sarasota, but let me just say I will NEVER do that again! I swear I thought Florida was never going to end. I admit that I am a road warrior, but that was the longest trip I have done alone. I had my mom, Sean, and my Grandma calling me constantly to help pass the time. It was also helpful that Sean has A DVD player in his car!
Next up, came my trip to Cincinnati/Dayton for the Futures Game. It was sooo much fun....If you take away the flight issues and then game ticket issues! I got off work and had to drive to Knoxville (about and hour and a half away) to catch my plane To Cincy. I got there with about an hour before my flight left so I wouldnt have to spend alot of time in that tiny airport...Boy was I wrong. My flight was delayed 5 hours!! Yes, 5 hours! Thank goodness there was a Ruby Tuesday in the airport that helped pass the time. And not to mention the entire book I read! I ended up getting to the hotel in Cincy at about Midnight. It was a really nice hotel right in downtown, and we actually could see Great American Ball Park from the room. The next morning I got up and made the hour drive up to Dayton. I got there about 2 hours early so I could take pics and make sure I beat my dad and step mom there since the tickets were in my name. With tickets in hand I went to "try" and get in. They scanned my ticket and told me it had been used already...After telling them I had just gotten them from will call, we found out they had used it as the tester that morning. Problem adverted...so I thought. I sat down, took lots of pictures, then decided I was hungry. I left my coat across our seats, and came back to find people sitting in them and my coat on the ground. Come to find out, they had the EXACT same seats as me! AGH!!! It turned out okay though because they gave us even better seats! It was an awesome game and so nice to spend time with my dad.

Sean and I both flew home the day after the game, and it was sooo nice to have him home! Even if it was for less than 24 hours! ;) He was up before me the next morning to get on the road to Zebulon.
Fast forward to Easter...My step sister Ashton came into town for the weekend from Florida and it was really nice to spend some time with her. Its been 2 years since she has been up here so we had alot of catching up to do. We cooked Easter dinner at my mom's house and had our famous Easter Egg Hunt! Only in our eggs there is money & gift cards! My mom said it was hilarious to watch the 5 of us literally RUN to find the eggs.
Shew.....that was alot! It has been a while Danielle! Thanks for getting on me to update!
