Doom's Day

And so it begins...

Today is the day that Sean is leaving for Spring Training. He is in the process of packing the last few things he needs and doing some last minute things he needs to get done on his project car before is sits for the next 7 months. This day is so surreal for me... I feel like he just got home and we were putting away baseball stuff, and now its all getting pulled back out. Poor Riley knows something is going on, because she keeps following him around like she knows he is leaving. :( I will be able to go down to Sarasota a few times to visit, but its just not the same as him being here at our HOME with me.

Im excited for the baseball season and all the craziness that comes along with it. I cant wait to see all the other wives/girlfriends and of course Mr. Ryder! All the girls have been truly a blessing...I was never used to having so many girls from the team be so friendly and actually be there for more than 3 days at a time! Its nice to go to games and get to see the same familiar faces!

Its about time for Sean and I to say our goodbyes, and the waterfall of tears will start to fall... I will keep everyone updated throughout Spring Training on how Sean is playing!
