Company Christmas Party

Last night was my company Christmas party, and Sean and I had such a blast! I had put so much time into planning it, and it was nice to see all my hard work paid off. Everyone said over and over how beautiful everything was and how good the food was.

You have to undertand the type of people that work for our company to know how fun it was watching them all get drunk and dance! They are all from a very rural area in Eastern Kentucky so when they let loose, the really let loose! My camera is broke, but I will post pictures from my moms camera when I see her tomorrow!

Crummy work schedule...

So, Sean has been home for a few weeks now and we have been having the best time being together all the time again. He had been having trouble finding a job, so he went to a temp agency for help. They found him a job, but the bad part is, he works 2nd shift! 4pm-Midnight!! So he leaves before I even get home from work... :(

Tonight is his first night, and I feel like he is already back to playing baseball! At least now, I will get a surprise after I fall asleep of him slipping into bed next to me! :)

Happy Turkey Day!

I hope that everyone has had a great Thanksgiving. I know we all have so much to be thankful for! We had a beautiful day here...I got up early and cooked Sean breakfast in bed, and than we laid around till around noon! I had to get up and start cooking before we headed to my moms. Sean wanted some food like his dad cooks back home in Cali, so I made him sweet potato casserole. It was actually pretty good! I had never eaten it before! We stuffed ourselves full of all the ususal Thanksgiving treats, and are now back home. Sean and Riley are both taking a nap on the couch! :-)

This Weekend!!!

Sean will FINALLY be home this weekend! I wish there were words to express my joy and happieness! This has been the longest 9 months ever! I cant wait! YAYAYAYAYAY!

OMG its snowing!

So I have been in the house hanging out since I got home from school, and catching up on all the shows that I have recorded on my DVR this week. I just let Riley out to potty before we head off to bed, and this is what I saw out the front door!!!












The funny thing is, it was 55 degrees out today! I will take more pics once its daylight!

The End is Drawing Near

The end of baseball season for us is approaching its end. THANK GOODNESS! It has been a long 9 months, and Riley and I are so ready to have Sean home for a while! I envy all of you that have had your men home since September! It will just be only a matter of time before it all starts again!

This will be our first Christmas in our new house, and I cannot wait for us to decorate it together. We usually put up a fake tree, since in our apartment we couldnt have a real one, but we are thinking of making the short drive to North Carolina where all the Christmas tree farms are that supply trees to the entire east coast and other parts of the country, and cutting our own down!

OH!! Dont forget baseball wives that I need your addresses! Even if you are in Puerto Rico Lisa!! :-)
