I got the new Reebok shoes for Christmas that swear to work the booty a little more just by walking in them, and have never been out of the box...until Monday.

I have a few friends who have recently started doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout.

They were telling me how sore they were the first few days, but that it only lasted for about 25 minutes and the workout was over. Time is one reason I never worked out before. With work all day and school all night, the last thing I want to do when I get home is workout. Another issue is money. I cant bring myself to spend money on a gym membership when I know its hard for me to find time to actually go. When I heard this DVD was only $9, I was sold!
The beginning of the video is a nice quick warm up to get the heart rate up. The actual workouts are in 3 circuits that last 6 minutes each. 3 minutes of Strength, 2minutes of Cardio, and 1 minute of Abs. Each circuit has different exercises for each category so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over. Then the end is a stretching/cool down section.
I am on day 3 and YES I am very sore! They things you do don't seem (at the time) to be hard at all, but the next day you feel muscles that you didn't even know you had! Hopefully this will work and I will be bathing suit ready in no time!!
